Jumping Jacks
Challenge your kids to do a certain number of jumping jacks for every sixty minutes. Make it more interesting by giving them a chart where they will be able to position stars on the days they complete these six, ten times, etc.
Little Chefs
Kids usually don’t get time for kitchen activities because of their occupied school days. However, this is a terrific time to engage your kids in such activities.
Help them in finding easy and healthy recipes and getting the food prepared by them. Let them cook some easy yet tasty and yummy foods, including muffins, ice-creams, lollies, jellies, and frozen fruit, etc.
Pillow Fight
Engage your kids in a pillow fight. Of course, nobody wants to get hit by the pillow at last, and thus, the fight continues for up to some considerable time.
Balloon Games
Blow off the excess energy making any of the balloon games. Balloon games include not letting the balloon touch the ground. Another game is penguin waddle: Waddle around the house by placing the balloon between the knees and don’t let the balloon fall on the ground. Moreover, you can play volleyball and hockey with a single balloon too.
Trash Art
Find some recycled materials, and start painting them with different colors. Kids love to make beautiful designs by painting random objects.
Smash the Bubbles
Have some fun in this quarantine by blowing some bubbles and letting your children smash them. Believe me; it will be great fun.
Animal Race
Have some competition among the kids by selecting who can copy the animals like frog, rabbit, cat, the best.
Let your kids hop around the house like a hare or a frog or roam around like a cat and so on. The kid reaching the finishing line first will obviously win the animal rac
Tickle Tag
Chase one another and the one who will get caught first will be tickled by the one who will catch. Enjoy blowing off the energies by tickling one another.
ABC Hunt
All you will need for ABC hunt is a basket or any other spacious object where you can place different objects.
Specify a time and have the kids run around the house collecting items starting with alphabets ( A for apple, B for biscuits, C for colors, and so on). Collecting a higher number of items will lead to winning the game.
Flying Airplanes in the house
Don’t wonder; I am talking about flying the paper planes. Make the paper planes and let them wander in the air around your living room.
Add some creativity by collecting and bringing these planes at the starting spot without walking. It depends on you how you want the planes to be brought back either by crawling, hopping, skipping, or running.
Lemon Drop Race
Place the lemon on the spoon and hold it firmly with your mouth or just in your hands. Mark a finishing spot and let the race begin. The one reaching the finishing spot before anyone else and without letting the lemon fall on the floor will be the winner of this race.
Hitting the targets
Hitting any object placed at some distance with soft objects could be some real fun. The missing targets mean losing a point. Another way of playing it is to hold a disposable cup at some distance or by just placing it on a rigid place and throwing the ping pong balls in the cup.
Make it more challenging by adding a specific time for collecting the balls. The kid collecting maximum balls within a specified time will be a winner.
Carton Box Road
Flatten out a carton box and make a road with the permanent black marker. Build up a city by adding tiny toys, including cars, trucks, blocks, and trees, etc.
Obstacle Course
Add some physical and mental challenges in the way to be tackled smartly to win the game. Blow off the energies by using mats, house furniture, cushions, chairs, or anything else easily movable in the way to be crossed.
